Scott has been a mortgage loan officer for 25+ years and has worked for large banks such as Citibank, Bank of America, Countrywide home loans, and Stearns Lending. Scott has originated and funded thousands of mortgage loans, including funding over $40 million in a single year. Over his career, Scott has served the mortgage industry as an award-winning top producer, a team leader, and a branch manager.
He is an active loan officer in the business today and Licensed in both Texas & California. A student of the game, Scott has witnessed how the mortgage industry has changed over the years, including the 2008 bubble and technology integration. Scott has an "in-depth" knowledge of how to successfully repair credit, invest in real estate, negotiate mortgage rates & terms, pay down debt, and qualify for a mortgage.
Scott has a unique ability to break down what can be a complicated process so that the average person can fully understand the mortgage process and position themselves for a mortgage loan approval.
